Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please return or exchange items within the time frame listed below. All items should be returned new, unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging. Returns that are damaged, worn, used or otherwise altered will not be accepted. Footwear must be returned with the original box enclosed inside the package.

All items are to be returned in-store at either our Atlanta, New York, or Palo Alto locations.

The following items are final sale: cosmetics, fragrances, evening shoes, evening handbags, evening dresses, swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, underwear, sunglasses, hats, jewelry, watches, and altered merchandise.


Sale merchandise will be final sale and is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sale price will be on selected items only.
